Contacts
The contacts app lets you find and learn more about other people your organisation.
Sections
The Contacts app places contacts in various groups. You may find these groups in the column on the left hand side of the screen. You’ll see a number of standard groups first, directly followed by groups that you may configure yourself.
All contacts
The all contacts section provides an overview of all contacts that are registered within the system.
All users
The all users section provides an overview of all contacts that are registered in the system who also have a user account on your intranet.
Emergency services
Emergency services is a special section that gives you a very quick access to emergency services such as Ambulances or the police. The section only appears if emergency services are added to your Quaive installation.
Bookmarked
The bookmarked section shows any contacts that you have bookmarked. Bookmarks are personal.
Following
The following section shows any users who you follow.
User groups
In Quaive it is possible to manually create groups of users. These groups are typically logical groups that represent a certain group of people in your organisation. The user groups that are configured here can also be used to give access to certain apps or workspaces, without having to add individual users each time.
